Laura is the ABSOLUTE BEST. As a first time millennial homeowner, shopping during the most insane market, I have no shame in saying we needed a lot of hand holding through our process! We were scared and overwhelmed by information. Laura never hesitated to take the time (any time of the day) to explain things slower and with patience. We cannot emphasize enough how comforting it was to have her on our side explaining and reassuring us every step of the way. Laura takes what you want, and runs with it. She never pressures you, so only reassures you and comforts you. She reminds you every step of the way of your options. And she fights for the best deal for you but she is also realistic.
